Most of our buildings do not require any planning permission as they are removable buildings. However, if you are unsure due to the size or location, you can simply contact your local planning department for further details.

All our products are assembled by the same people who originally made your garden building. This means everything is completely weatherproof and is built to an exceptionally secure standard.

All our Sheds come with a floor.  However we do ask that the area the garden building is to be erected in has been levelled and a substrate with adequate drainage has been fitted.

All our garden buildings are made entirely to specification, we locally manufacture your outdoor buildings and sheds, so our customers can expect a great standard of production by experts who take pride and passion in their work. In our eyes, you can’t put a price on sustainability and quality.
Most cheaper garden buildings are made in mass in countries such as China to a much lower quality, which means that the structure may not be up to the standard that we expect from our projects. As well as this, mass built items cannot usually guarantee the source of their materials so cannot ensure they are from sustainable sources.

Our delivery areas include most of the North West areas surrounding our depot in Cheshire. We may also deliver outside this area on mutual agreement but may request additional payment for travel and time.
